Returns & Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your Peppino Peppino piece. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, you may return your order or exchange it for a different size (subject to availability) within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that items purchased during our Warehouse Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns

To request a return, please email suzanne@peppinopeppino.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be returned in its original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging.

Returns requested after the 14-day period or sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact suzanne@peppinopeppino.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
For returns from outside the European Union, please ship your parcel via a courier of your choice (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and attach a commercial invoice to the outside of the package.
To help avoid unnecessary customs charges, we recommend clearly marking the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS.”

 

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
If duties or taxes are charged on a return from outside the EU, we will deduct them from the refund amount.
For further information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
