Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not happy or satisfied, we will accept a return or an exchange for another size (if available) within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
– Please notify us via email ( of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns requests received after this time frame or without notification will be rejected by our team.

Attention: Returns from outside the EU must be shipped via private courier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and must have a commercial invoice attached on the outside of the parcel. Additionally, there may be local duties and taxes applied onto your order depending on the destination country. You are required to pay these duties and taxes to the courier upon shipment. Any duties and taxes not paid will be deducted from the refund amount. Please
contact your local customs office for further information about this.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We strive to refund you within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please make sure all returned products are in unworn, resalable condition, with all tags attached. Please package the product well so the items from being damaged during transport.

To avoid customs charges, we strongly advise to write down “RETURNED GOODS” on top of your parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
